SCAR’s continuing efforts to make the public aware of ecological impacts by water pollution on the salmon populations and therefore the Soos Creek Salmon Hatchery, presents the following articles that appeared in the Seattle Times. PacRac has been generating hundreds if not thousands of pounds of tire wear particles around their race tracks for nearly 50 years with no effort to cleanup or capture this poisonous material before it washes down to Soosette and Soos Creeks.
