Soos Creek Action Response has reviewed the SEPA documentation provided you by Pacific Raceways and provides the following comments. Generally we found the documentation to be lacking in sufficient detail and substance in most areas important to prevent impacts upon neighbors and environment. These comments should be taken in the spirit of helping the IUP garages/buildings project meet the state and county requirements. Best to fix things now and to have a clear understanding of how the design will be implemented to ascertain what impacts the community will be subjected to and the required mitigation.
SCAR held a meeting with Jason Fiorito on Jan. 15 to go over concerns with the proposed garages project where he disclosed some details not expressed in the SEPA documentation that were helpful in our understanding the project, however many serious issues were not addressed satisfactorily.
